Approximately 80% of our work is done without anyone present. We can arrive at your home just before you leave for work, and lock up after we are done.

Our banking details for direct deposit can be found on your initial deposit invoice and also on your statement when works are completed.

We don't run a show room any more due to high over head costs and the lack of people actually visiting. Everything is online these days and most people prefer to look at websites and images. Our representative will bring samples of items that we use with them to the quote. You can also check out our Facebook Page.

We will book you in for the next available slot when our sales representative is in your area. If you are not available on that day and time, we will book you in when mutually agreeable.

As a guide a 2 door robe will take approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours to install.
A 3 door robe will take approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours to install.
Other factors that will affect the installation time are:
If BBIW are doing a ripout of old robe/s.
If your floor is out of level.
If your walls are out of plumb.
If your ceiling is not straight and level.

In order to put your wardrobe/s into production we require a 20% deposit.
Once you let us know you are happy with the design and wish to proceed, we will raise an initial 20% tax deposit invoice.

We are no longer setup to do hinged doors to our robes.
We can do hinged doors to small laundry or linen cabinets as required.

If necessary we can book quotes in before 8am or after 3pm. We have family commitments after hours, so we appreciate if you are able to come home during your lunch break for the quote if at all possible.

BBIW prides itself in custom making the wardrobe to fit the size you require.
BBIW cut the mirror glass and make all our sliding doors and internal components at our workshop. Our installer cuts all other material onsite so the wardrobe looks like it was always originally there.
The only standard size we have is for our Everyday Special wardrobes.

We have installed robes in all these towns.
We will supply you with a check measure sheet showing where we require measurements.
What we ask is that you fill in this sheet with the measurements and email the sheet along with a photo of where the robe will go back to us.

Certegy do have fees and charges. These charges are monthly account fees, establishment fees.
BBIW are also charged a fee based on a percentage of the cost of the robe/s.
These fees are added to BBIW's base quoted price.
This is why the payment plan price is dearer because these fees are taken into account in order to work out the fortnightly payments.
Of course BBIW are happy to install robe/s at their quoted price should you wish not to engage a payment plan.

BBIW will raise an initial 20% deposit tax invoice. This deposit confirms your acceptance of the quotation / design and BBIW's terms and specifications.
Once the funds show in our account, we offer you the next available installation date. This is usually two to three weeks after deposit recieved.

The quote in your home takes on average 10 to 15 minutes per robe. We will grab all the measurements & photos we need to enter into our computer software.
We will ask you what sort of storage requirements you need in the robe and what colours you like for the door frames and door panels.
We then enter all the data into the computer when we are back in the office.
After designing your robe in 3D CAD format, the design and quote will be emailed to you along with our terms and specifications.

You should recieve your quote via email within 3 business working days.
We always try and remind people to check the 'trash' box incase their email program has sent the email to it.
This may happen because BBIW isn't in your email address book or just because the email has attachments for the quotes.
